All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips and software, is the property of Automotive Upgraders LLC or its suppliers and protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. Any unauthorized use of the materials appearing on this site may violate copyright, trademark and other applicable laws and could result in criminal or civil penalties. All software used on this site is the property Automotive Upgraders LLC or its software suppliers and protected by U.S. and international copyright laws and may not be reproduced, modified, distributed, transmitted, or republished.

Website Images

Please be aware that all cars depicted on the website are highly customized cars. Each car has had many modifications made to them including painting and possibly altering of the depicted kit. Please read the description of the part carefully as one or more of the kit options may include a different part then depicted in the image. The depicted parts may have extra work including, but not limited to, molding, cutting, or adding to the original piece. Parts such as lights, splitters, canards, paint, and others accessories are not included unless specifically specified in the product description.

Payment

All customers must pre-pay for all products. This is because each product is special ordered. We will accept money orders, personal checks, cashier’s checks, and credit cards. All personal/company checks must wait two weeks for clearance.

Return Policy

All returns must be authorized and approved by Automotive Upgraders LLC. We charge a 25% restocking fee on all returns (with our approval and valid RMA). Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable. All return requests must be made within 5 business days after receiving order. All approved returns must be returned to an address of our choosing in unused and unaltered condition with original packaging (or better packaging) at customer's expense. Insure that product is very well packaged. Refunds will not be issued on returns that are damaged during shipping back to Automotive Upgraders LLC in the event that damage does occur, a refund will be issued for specific product only (no refunds on shipping costs) when a claim has been settled with the carrier. Failure to comply with this return policy will result in a refusal of the shipment and will be returned to customer at his/her own expense. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges.

Internet Ordering Policy

All electronic and internet orders placed through this site could take up to 72 business hours to process through Automotive Upgraders LLC shipping department. This will affect ground and air shipments. We strive to process your order as expediently as possible, and most orders are processed the next business day, after we receive the electronic transmission, but due to internet congestion and ISP server errors, sometimes the electronic transmission takes up to 72 hours to transmit. Automotive Upgraders LLC is not responsible for delays in ground shipping by the freight carrier that we might choose to use. We normally do not accept any cancellations, in the rare instances that we do a 25% cancellation fee will apply.

Shipping Damages

Some products may be damaged during transit. Inspect all packages immediately in the presence of the delivery person. Do not sign delivery receipt until all packages have been inspected. In the event that damage has occurred, physically write "DAMAGED" on the delivery bill and have the delivery person sign it as verification. KEEP THE DAMAGED GOODS, Retain all boxes and other packaging material as package may be subject to inspection by the carrier. Call Automotive Upgraders within 24 business hours to file a claim request. Failure to comply with this policy WILL result in a denial for damage claim. We do not reimburse shipping fees. Shipping charges are NOT refundable.

We will not ship to a P.O. , A.P.O. F.P.O , or military address

Warranty/Liability

All products sold by Automotive Upgraders LLC are sold “AS IS” to the customer. Automotive Upgraders LLC does NOT offer warranty on any of the products sold. If warranty is offered by the manufacturer, warranty documentation will be sent with the product. All products sold by Automotive Upgraders LLC are aftermarket products and are intended for off-road or show use only. Automotive Upgraders LLC is not liable for any damages or injury as a result of these products. Due to strict regulations by the Department of Transportation, some of these products are not approved for street/highway use. Removal of reinforcements, bumpers, turn signals, and other safety equipment on the vehicle is the responsibility of the buyer. Automotive Upgraders LLC will not be responsible for the customer’s actions.

Installation of Body Kits and Aerodynamics

All aerodynamics are manufactured with fiberglass unless otherwise noted. Due to the material used in production, the body kits will NOT be a direct bolt-on. These body kits may require prepping, sanding, shaving, filling gaps, cutting, or other extensive body work. These modifications may include removal or cutting of the reinforcement bars. By complying with our policies, customer understands the procedure and possible difficulty in installing the body kit. We HIGHLY recommend that a professional body shop with custom fiberglass body skit experience perform the installation. Refunds will not be issued due to poor fitment of the body kit. If fitment is off by extreme margins, a refund will be considered.

Backorders

If product is in stock, it will be shipped within 72 business hours. Most aerodynamics orders take 2 to 4 weeks. In the event that there is a backorder, wait time may be 4 to 8 weeks. There is a 25% cancellation fee on orders that are cancelled within 30 days of purchase date.

Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, Automotive Upgraders LLC shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Automotive Upgraders LLC shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.

Credit Card Charge Back Policy

All customers have the opportunity to dispute a charge on their credit card, however some charge backs are falsely represented or misleading. If a charge back is initiated and Automotive Upgraders LLC feels feels the action is valid, we will take full responsibility for the charge back. However if the charge back is misleading or falsely represented Automotive Upgraders LLC will dispute the claim. Your card holding bank will make the final decision on this dispute, however this does not release you from liability of monies owed if the claim is awarded in your favor. Your account will be automatically turned into a credit account. Automotive Upgraders LLC holds the legal right to properly collect on all debts to the company, this includes any charge backs that may have been awarded back to the customer but items have not been returned and or return fees have not been collected through the charge back. Automotive Upgraders LLC holds said customer financially responsible for the items or fees associated within our terms and conditions. Automotive Upgraders LLC will mail you a collection letter and you will have 30 days to clear your debt with us. If a debt has not been paid within the allotted 30 day timeframe we will send a late notice to all three major credit bureau agencies reporting a 30 day late and your account will be handed over to a debt collection agency.

Contingencies

Seller shall not be liable for any failures to produce product to buyer when the cause of such failure is the result of forces of nature, labor dispute, supplies of material shortage; acts of local state, national, civil, or other authorities or public agencies; utility or communication failures, accidents, strikes, transportation problems, or any act or cause that does not normally occur in the ordinary course of seller's business.

Privacy Policy

We at Automotive Upgraders LLC understand many people are concerned about the safety of transferring their personal information on the Internet. We work hard to ensure your information is safe. At Automotive Upgraders LLC we respect and value our customers and their privacy. The personal information you submit to us is used for purchase processing and account maintenance purposes only. This information is used to better serve our customers and will not be transferred to a third party adversiting acency for any reason. We do ship International.  Please contact us for shipping quote prior to placing order.  We are not responsible for Customs Charges/Import Taxes/Port Fees/Broker Fees when item arrives at its seaport or airport in your country.  Our shipping quotes are from our Door to your local seaport or airport.
